Google Business Profile checklist for Ahmedabad businesses (2026)
A 2026 Google Business Profile checklist for Ahmedabad businesses: categories, photos, reviews, Gujarati searches and the Q&A change, from a local SEO team.
Read articleYour ads, your SEO, your Instagram, and the actual website or app all that traffic lands on? We do the lot, from one office in Ahmedabad, for businesses across India and in Australia, the UK, the USA and the UAE. So when the phone goes quiet, nobody gets to point at "the other agency".
We're Digital Web Mania, a digital marketing agency in India that's also a web design company, and our team sits in Satellite, Ahmedabad. We run your SEO, Google and Meta ads, social media and branding ourselves, and then the same lot of us builds the WordPress or Shopify site (or the CRM, or the SaaS app) it all points to. Clients here and overseas have been trusting us with that since 2017.
Get your phone ringing, basically. And then tell you, without fudging, what each of those calls cost you. Plenty of business pages have thousands of likes and two enquiries a month. That's not marketing, that's a hobby.
Say you run a saree showroom on Satellite Road. For you, the job is mostly getting into the Google map pack when someone nearby types "saree shop near me". A pump maker in Changodar needs a buyer in Dubai to find him, on a site that opens before that buyer loses patience. A physio clinic in Brisbane wants Google Ads that fill the diary without burning money on clicks from three suburbs away. Totally different work, all three. Still, at month end I ask every one of them the same thing: how many enquiries, and at what cost?
Twelve of them, each with its own page and prices, so I've kept these short.
WordPress for most businesses, Shopify for stores, and React JS or ASP.NET when there's a real reason. If plain WordPress will do, we'll say so. See web development.
We write the theme for you instead of stacking plugins on a page builder, which is why our sites stay quick on a cheap phone. You can still change your own text. See WordPress development.
Usually Shopify. WooCommerce if you're already on WordPress and happy there. Either way we obsess over the checkout, because that's where carts go to die. Read about e-commerce development.
We go after the searches that actually bring buyers, and nine times out of ten that's not the flashy phrase mentioned on our first call. Local SEO for city businesses, national or international SEO for exporters and stores, and pages laid out so ChatGPT can quote you. See SEO.
Google Ads and Meta campaigns plus the landing pages behind them, on a flat management fee, reported on cost per lead rather than clicks. See Google and Meta ads.
We plan the calendar, shoot reels, write captions and reply to comments in your voice (not some template's). See social media marketing.
You get a logo, sure, but also the colours and fonts written down on one page, so your printer stops phoning to ask which blue you meant. See logo design.
We sketch it rough, make it clickable, and only then polish the screens. See UI/UX design.
Real people holding your product and talking into a phone camera. They work for a slightly silly reason: they look like a customer shot them, so people believe them. See UGC video.
Reels, brochures, packaging, and yes, the standee you suddenly need two days before the trade fair. See video and graphic design.
For businesses that have outgrown Excel and found Zoho wants their sales team to work its way, not theirs. We build around how you actually sell. See custom CRM development.
Got an idea people have already said they'd pay for? We'll build version one. Fair warning, I'll probably talk you out of half the feature list first. See SaaS development.
Because most lost leads vanish in the gap between the two. Picture it. Ads send people to a page that takes eight seconds to load. The developer says his site's fine. The ads guy says it's the site. And the owner? He's paying both of them to argue.
Agencies here tend to pick a side. You get marketing people who can't touch code, or an IT company that hands over the site and disappears. We're both, under one roof. Whoever runs your ads can walk ten steps to whoever built your site. So a landing page change goes live the same afternoon instead of after a three-email argument, and you get one report, not two that disagree.
Is it the cheapest setup? Not always. Two freelancers look cheaper on paper. Sometimes they even are.
Plenty of businesses outside India want an India-based team, just without the usual offshore headaches. Fair enough. Most people who've been burnt by outsourcing were burnt by the same three things: a vague scope, silence for weeks, and a developer who vanished with the logins. So we set projects up to make those three hard to happen.
So first we write the scope down, with milestones and a fixed price. You'll know the number before we start. Want to add a page halfway through? Fine, we'll price it then, not spring it on you at the end. You pay half to start and the rest when it goes live. SEO and ads retainers? Month to month. No lock-in.
From week one you'll have a staging link, so you can poke at the site while it's half built (which I'd encourage, honestly). There's a short written update from us every week, too. Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp, we're not fussy about where we talk.
What about time zones? Our day runs 10 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Friday. That lands in the Australian afternoon and the UK morning, and it covers most of the working day in Dubai. For US clients we book an early morning or late evening call on our side, so a decision rarely has to wait a whole day.
And you own everything, full stop. The domain, hosting, website code, content, Google Analytics and ad accounts stay in your name, and we work inside your accounts. If you ever move on, there's nothing to untangle.
Our international packages are priced in USD:

Then you'll probably care about different things: the map pack, Gujarati content, someone who can come to your shop for a shoot, and rupee prices. We cover all of that from Satellite, and you're welcome to drop in for a cutting chai before you decide anything. Our page for digital marketing in Ahmedabad goes into the local side properly, area by area.
We're rated 5.0 on Google from 3 reviews so far. It's a small number, and we'd rather show you that honestly than pad it. One client summed us up in three words: "Quick and reliable". For the actual work, have a look through our portfolio.

What it costs to outsource web development to India in 2026: hourly rates, real project prices in USD, the hidden extras, and how to vet a team first.
Read articleIt can be, and I'd say it depends almost entirely on who you pick. Ask them three things. Will the scope and price be in writing? Can you see the site while it's being built? And whose name are the accounts in? With us it's yes, yes and yours. You pay half up front, the rest at launch, and you get every login.
If you're abroad, think USD 2,500 for a small six-page site, up to USD 9,500 for something with 30 pages, and USD 3,500 upwards for a store. Here in India we'd usually quote Rs 25,000 to 80,000 for a WordPress site, a bit more (from Rs 40,000) for Shopify. Odd requirements get their own quote.
Less than you'd fear, if you start small. Indian clients pay from Rs 12,000 a month for SEO, and somewhere between Rs 12,000 and 35,000 for social. Overseas it's USD 800 or 1,600 for SEO, USD 1,200 to manage ads (your ad spend sits on top). I nearly always tell people to pick one channel, prove it, then add another.
We do, all the time. Australians catch us after lunch their time, UK clients in their morning, and Dubai is pretty much the same working day as ours. The Americans are the tricky ones. We just start early or stay late for those calls.
Depends which bit. Ads can get you enquiries in a fortnight once tracking works. SEO is slower, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something; local searches start to budge around month three or four, while a tough national keyword might take you most of the year. Got a launch next month? Run ads.
We don't. Nobody honest can, because Google doesn't take bookings. When an agency promises page one, it's usually for some phrase no actual customer types. We commit to the work, honest targets and a monthly report showing what moved, and if something isn't working, you'll hear it from us first.
That's the main reason people hire us, to be honest. Your SEO and ads people sit a few desks from your developers, so fixes never wait on another vendor. Happy with your current developer? Then hire us just for the marketing; that's fine too.
Come over! If you're anywhere in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar, Pruthvi Tower in Satellite is easy to find. Gujarati? Of course, ads, posts and scripts, or that English-Gujarati mix everyone actually types. If you're further away, we'll just meet on video.
Easiest way is to WhatsApp your site address to +91-8155883039, or email info@digitalwebmania.com. You'll have it in writing within 3 to 5 working days. Is there a catch? Not really. Some people hire us afterwards, others fix things themselves.
Not sure why your website isn't bringing in enquiries? Call or WhatsApp +91-8155883039 for a free website and SEO audit, or look through our USD packages if you're outside India.
